Please note!

  • The exhibitor declares that the dog(s) registered by him has been sufficiently vaccinated by means of (regular) vaccinations, the validity of which is therefore demonstrable by the original prescribed vaccination booklet / European dog passport (titer determination is allowed, provided that determination has been done by a practicing veterinarian and has been filled in in the dog passport with end date).
  • For all dogs present at the exhibition (including visitor dogs) it is mandatory to have the vaccination booklet / European dog passport with them and to be able to demonstrate that the dog is sufficiently protected by vaccination or titer determination. For dogs living or coming outside the Netherlands, the vaccination against Rabies is also mandatory.
  • For registrations in the Championclass, you must send a copy of the proof of the International or National Championship via email: secretariaat@nvlph.nl
  • Docked dogs are excluded from participation (also with medical necessity as an exception).
  • Cryptorchid or monorchid males are excluded from participation, as are visible pregnant bitches.
  • Furthermore, the exhibitor declares that, as far as he is aware, the dog entered by him has not been in circumstances during the last 12 weeks that cause a risk of infection with distemper or any other contagious disease to be feared. He/she declares that he/she will not enter the dog if the indicated circumstances should occur before this special CAC clubshow.
  • Damage caused by visitors, exhibitors, exhibitors or dogs can never be recovered from the organization. Furthermore, the regulations of the Dutch Kennel Club (Raad van Beheer op Kynologisch Gebied in Nederland) are fully applicable to this special CAC clubshow.
  • By registering, the exhibitor agrees that his data will be processed for the benefit of the organizer, any titles obtained as well as for the activities of the Board of Directors. If the exhibitor does not wish this, he will inform the organizer in writing at the same time as submitting the form.
